Founder and CEO
Austin is an entrepreneur, author, inventor, and speaker. He is the CEO and Founder of TalentCMO.
Austin has over a decade of experience in delivering talent acquisition innovation to clients of all sizes and across multiple business sectors. He and his co-founder have overseen 15,000 hires and have an aggregate of 25+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
In addition to founding TalentCMO, Austin also founded Hunter Crown, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the clean water and energy sectors. He also founded Environmental Site Solutions, LLC, a turnkey service provider of comprehensive environmental solutions to site and facility owners/operators worldwide and SideDoor Strategies, LLC, an educational resources company dedicated to helping students achieve their higher education dreams using low debt strategies.
Austin is a graduate of Cornell University where he majored in Agricultural and Biological Engineering – Environmental Systems Technology.

Allison Small, SPHR
Allison is the former Vice President of Human Resources for Discovery Communications, a global media enterprise with 70+ entertainment brands reaching consumers in 220+ countries (NASDAQ: DISCA). With 15+ years of experience across all facets of Human Resources both in the U.S. and internationally, Allison has broad experience in both business partner and specialist roles working in a variety of industries. At Discovery, Allison proposed, created, and led its first centralized talent acquisition function.
Allison has also held HR/M&A roles at Antenna Audio, Human Resources International, and Western Publishing, as well as high volume recruiting and ultimately regional P&L responsibility at Manpower International.
Allison is a graduate of Boston College where she obtained a BA in Psychology, and has her MBA from The George Washington University.
